Library Processing Specifications
Do you store library processing specifications on file?
Yes! Capstone Press keeps all customer processing specifications on file. Don't waste your time filling out library processing forms each time you order, we'll do it for you! File your specs today online with our Library Processing Wizard, or call Customer Service toll free at 1-800-747-4992.
What is the charge for library processing?
With any order over $350, Capstone Press provides free attached or unattached catalog card or automation kits. For orders under $350, there is a flat fee of $12 for unattached catalog or automation kits.
Accelerated Reader®
Are your books on Accelerated Reader?
Yes, the majority of our books have Accelerated Reader quizzes available. While you are browsing and shopping, look for the Accelerated Reader logo beside the titles and sets you are interested in.
What are Pre-Paid Accelerated Reader® Purchase Certificates?
Pre-Paid Purchases Certificates replace the floppy diskettes that were previously used. To redeem them, simply follow the instructions included on the certificates. When redeeming, you have the option of either having your order delivered electronically (to avoid shipping charges) or by mail on CD-Rom or diskette (shipping charges will be added). Please note a surcharge may also be added to orders shipped on diskette.
Shipping & Sales Tax
What is your shipping charge?
Shipping is FREE on orders of $350 or more. For orders under $350, the shipping cost is 10% of the order total, with a minimum charge of $4.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders, if necessary.
